一、投诉信、抱怨信
You bought a vacuum cleaner from a reputable electrical shop the other week but found that there were some problems with it. Write a letter to the director of the sales department in the shop to tell：
1）What the problems with vacuum cleaner are，
2）the trouble it caused with you，
3）What you would like them to do about it
